1st August - 31st August FINAL CALL FOR REGISTRATION. This period will incur an additional fee of €150 compared to the late registration rate.
Student fees: In order to benefit from the corresponding fee it is essential to attach in your personal area (specifically in the "My documents" menu) a copy of the course registration that accredits your student status.
Presenting authors will be required to register for the conference by 14th June 2024.

- Access to the virtual platform to view oral presentation PPT files and virtual posters until 31st Dec 2024.

- Visit to the historic building of the University of Barcelona (Sunday 8th) - 180 people maximum*
- Olive oil tasting: tasting of different virgin olive oils. - Workshop led by researchers at IRTA experts in the field. (Tuesday 10th)
Full conference registration does not include:
- Gala dinner (Monday 9th - 20€)
The gala dinner will be held in L'Estació Espai Gastronòmic. Cocktail format. Almost all dishes are suitable for vegetarians and vegans and we will have options for celiacs.
The price for companions is 60,5€. The price of dinner for conference attendees is partially subsidized by the organization. Accompanying persons pay full price.
- Visit to IRTA's facilities (Thursday 12th - 20€)
The fee includes round-trip by bus Barcelona – IRTA, coffee break, and lunch.
Capacity up to 50 people each.
